Pregnancy Loss Awareness – Sharing Stories of Loss on Social Media

Seeing other people that one trusts and respects talk about their experiences really goes a long way to help those who are silent and suffering maybe and might really want to be able to talk about their experiences but don’t because of fears of judgement or
further stigmatization. 55 percent of Americans think that it’s a
rare event so you can imagine that when it does happen then people might feel that they are the only people going through it especially with first-time pregnancies that

appreciate that. Not everyone’s experience and journey to parenthood is glorious and all linear, I think is really

it a lot of times I think Facebook could add that as a default
choice that people can choose from. And I think that can help with people feeling

thinking to talk about their experiences with loss.
