you have to go through the process in order to be able to contact Facebook. So what you need to do is go ahead and click “Get Started.” Then Facebook’s going to ask you what you need help with. Go ahead and in your own words put whatever the issue is. Once you’ve typed your issue, you’re going to go ahead and click “Send.” Facebook is going to scan through what it is that you type and they’re going to try to find an article that can help you because they really don’t want you to contact them. So look through the article, and if what you need is actually there, the you’re done. But you have the option to reply by saying “I still need help.” So if you really need to contact them, go
ahead an select “I still need help,” and then click “Send.” Once you click “Send,” Facebook is going to tell you what to expect. Basically they’re going to review your issue and it usually takes them 1 to 2 days to reply. Now I’ve submitted an issue to them before where I got a reply in 1 day or 2 days, but I also submitted an issue where it took 3
to 4 days. So at that point, it’s just a waiting game,
but there is no way to actually call Facebook or send an email directly. This is the process that you have to go through, but I am living proof that you do get a response.
